AU explained:

Henry Emily: Henry build first version of Robot Charlie, but he never give her ilussion disc. He kill him self in 1985 by Endo 02/Sucide Bot. He started possesing him. Henry help William build Funtimes.
Not long before his death, Henry sold the company.

Jenny Emily: Jen get murdered by Eleanor/Elizabeth Afton in 20##. She wants be young again, so.. Eleanor fulfill her wish. I came up with something like this because she was murdered by Circus Baby in the fourth closet. Eleanor is an alternate version of Circus Baby, so in this universe Jenny could have died this way.

Charllotte Emily: The puppet was partially burned in a fire in FNaF 3. After she destroyed Afton's amalgation, only the mask was left of the puppet. Charlie is still possessing her. Charlie is 3 years old.

Sammy & Mrs.Emily: They still alive.

Ella/Robot Charlie: The doll became conscious thanks to Henry's agony. Ella is acting like 3 years old kid. She think Charlie is her sister and Henry is her father. Ella don’t talk because she don’t have voice box.

Theodore: Theodore also has a residual consciousness. His Voice Box is badly damaged.
