Years and years ago we had a cat that would do this. We called it his "flat cat dance". Wonderful cat who had a massive identity crisis... he thought he was human. He loved to drink Mom's coffee with her each morning (and this was 'coal miner' coffee, the kind that etches the insides of mugs and that you could stand a spoon up in), chewed thru a coca cola bottle to have a drink, and was absolutely petrified of birds and mice! We lost him to pleurisy at 18 months old. Still miss that big orange lump! Have way too many stories, but noone would believe them any way :-D much love from Oklahoma!
