Here's an idea.... run the built-in benchmark for Cyberpunk 2077 multiple times for each cooler and capture the temperature results using MSI Afterburner. That will produce more consistent results.

its ridiculous that IETS charges a premium over....foam

Best testing I've seen. I like that you didn't edit the video in clips. It's more legit

I want the official release for the gt600. So far all the units available are beta or 'test' units and that the final version is still being improved upon. They said it would be finished in September 2023 but they've gone dark ever since that PSA on their website.

It's crazy how even though you're a good bit away from the thermal limit the CPU was still holding back, it's only when you switched to the GT500 and GT600 you can see the CPU is boosting higher now

Temps under 70 degrees are very tempting, but I don't like the loudness very much.

Do you always turn the RPM into max while playing AAA games? At what Rpm do you feel the most efficient and dont feel too much annoyed by the noise ??

theres one BIG thing missing in your test. How good are they on like 50% do i get almost the same perfromance but a lot silenter ? or how does that perform ?

i've heard on reddit that people do mods but can't seem to find what mods they do aside from led's or adding a knob to adjust speed. are there any other mods for the gt series of cooling pads that iets sells? i bought the llano but i would return it if modifying the gt500 is more economical and results in more efficiency.

do those damage the fans of the laptop? since its pulling high volumes of air in, wouldnt that effect the built in laptop fans??

I have a 14 inch laptop hp elitebook g10. Is GT600 fit for my laptop, I'm worried my laptop is small.

Hey so quick Question!
Do you Put the Laptop on Turbo or Perf mode in the Armoury Crate software while using the cooler OR You let it run on Silent Mode in the Armoury Crate and then Ramp Up the Cooling pad Fans and then Play the Games??
Plz answer the Question!
It would help me a lot!!

Great review and live tests. Thank you. I'll be picking up a 600.

sometimes it depends on your laptop design
some laptop like predator have exhaust vents left and right and bottom which will make these coolers useless

but some laptop like msi or asus have vents on back which make these coolers perfectly good 100%

can you try putting the foam from gt500/gt600 on the gt300, see if it will make a difference?

Does having the RGB lights on affect the cooling capability of the fan? If so, is it in a positive way or negative way?

The user manual for the gt600 says to "replace the white filter every 5 to 6 months" .. but it doesn't specify what the white filter is. Where to buy it or the material so you can cut it to size. It does say that the black one is reusable. The competitor Llano seems to only have the black one. But it performs better than the IETS 600. Esp at lower RPM. I wonder if the white + black filter combined restrict the intake airflow too much causing it to perform worse than the llano. But I'm too lazy to take out the filter, start recording my monitoring and then start a game of bf2042 to see if it makes a further difference. BF2042 seems to be the game that my CPU struggles with most from all that I've tried. It literally locks to 95c, which is a little worrying for long periods of time. I haven't seen it lock to 95 with other games. Anyway, I use that game to test and I've so far only tested 1400 and 2800 RPM, raised on the second lowest notch, because I've heard and seen reviews where it did much better raised. Should have started without raising it I guess. Anyway. Lowered temps from a locked 95 to 86/87 at 1400rpm and 80/81 at 2800. It's impressive for sure, lowering 15c from my CPU's max. It's an ASUS TUF F15, so the holes on the back aren't that big .. in fact seem rather restrictive. Anyway, I've seen Llano perform even better in the videos I've seen. Esp mid so I can't wait to test that out and see if it's any better. If it performs better on mid settings I will likely pick that one since it will be quieter at mid settings than a maxed out 600.
