Like Kazuya/Devil Kazuya in Tekken 7, Jin will likely auto-transform in a few attacks, keeping his Devil form for some time, or just summon his wings while keeping his human form in some of his attacks, which would be awesome, since his ending in Tekken 4 proves that he can maintain or summon his wings even while in full consciousness without his complete transformation

if I remember well, In an interview Harada talked about something “little different” from rage art, I think it could be something like the transformations/activations in Naruto games, basically like the devil transformation for Kazuya in T7 but maybe more coreographic and with a time limit?
And it could be fun if there are activations for all the carachters ( like idk, a cursed sword style for Yoshimitsu, dragon style for Feng Wei, ecc..)

If Devil Jin remains in the roster (lowkey hoping for it), I feel like it would work if they made a distinction between the devil form Jin showed in the T8 trailer (third eye and face markings but no chains, horns and wings) and the Devil Jin we already know and love/hate, as a visual indicator that Controlled Devil Jin is more human and subdued while Devil Jin is either out of control/beastly or simply the full power transformation that resorts back to the Mishima style and uses the full range of the Devil Gene's abilities.
