How many times are they going to haul this clown Chicago Police Superintendent out & have him try the blame game & deflect his utter incompetence. He is over his head along with his puppet command staff who seem to love playing dress up & sporting fancy colored ribbons. As Donald Sutherland said in The Dirty Dozen, “very pretty, very pretty, but can they fight?”
