My old 8pin for the 3060ti OC have two 8pin at the same Cable, can i Also ron the 12pin with 2x8pin from one Cable? Or is this only 2 separate Cable allow?

2:44 i watched a video before this one saying only to connect one 8 pin to the power supply but not both because it will overheat and melt your graphic card. Now idk what to think. (idk if what you did was the power supply)

My first build. With the split, do I need 2 separate pcie cables from my psu to attach to the 2 8pin on the gpu spliter? The pcie cables that came with my psu splits off into 2 6s and 2 2s so I could have 1 cable with 2 8s. But If I'm reading the gpu manual correctly it's saying to use 2 separate?

I hadn't replaced a graphic card since ye olde gtx 700 series (or older? There was no cable involved), so this answered my questions. Good stuff.
