Very fun and interesting video! I LOVE that Ramones tape...gonna have to look for that! Probably will never see it though...sad...😁
They are hard to find in excellent condition. The main image is on a darn thin-paper sticker, essentially -- with no protection at all! Exposed to the elements, getting knocked around amongst other tapes...most are in fair condition at best.
I got a Star Wars original movie soundtrack on a nice blue 8 track cassette...kinda fun!

I inherited a sears eight track and a collection of poka 8 tracks + a collection of K tell mix country tapes..

The eight track set it self on fire, and I caught the bug by buying a replacement 8 track on ebay.

I did not know their are quaddrafonic 8 tracks and players.

I was 3 years old in 1970, I know the music, but eight tracks, never owned one till now.

Can't wait to get the rock 70s on eight track.

I've been collecting 8 track tapes for about 4 years now. I specialize in the 1970's pUnK music 8 track tapes. I have 2 copies of the Ramones Road to Ruin on 8 track tape. One's still factory sealed!!! And yes, I've paid a pretty penny for some of them. But for me, they're all worth it!!!

That autobahn 8 track doesn't go for nearly as much now! but the quad really goes for a pretty penny. that last one as well goes for about 50$ now! there are so many sealed 8 tracks out there lately! i know Prince - For You album used to go for a pretty high price but recently its been flooded with new sealed copies and now it goes for about 20$ or so! it just takes that one person to find a sealed case some where lol

I’ve got Zepplin 4 in mint condition and Nazerath Hair of the Dog. I also have Love it to Death Alice Cooper and Killer two of my favorite rock albums in mint condition on 8 track

I know most people probably passed this by but to find any 8 track much less one in near mint condition or sealed is very rare. Interesting .

Have a few 8 tracks that are pretty cool.. I picked up that Road To Ruin in 1981 for .50 cents when K mart was selling them clearance, along with some others like Nektar, Grateful Dead, Wishbone Ash, and Renaissance. Also have some Pink Floyd.. Ummagumma, More, Dark Side, and Meddle. Got some good deals off ebay more recently.. my favorites being Mahogany Rush.. Child Of the Novelty(Mint), and an excellent copy of the first Kiss Alive..

I like your top ten. I have my fathers collection of about 8K 8-Tracks. I have a lot of what you have. It takes up a 12' long, 6' wide and 4' tall trailer sitting in my shop. I want to get rid of them all. Do you know how I would put a price on the entire trailer full?
