Why Did Some Pollsters Get the Results Wrong?

A highly regarded pollster caused a sensation last weekend by claiming Kamala Harris led by three points in Iowa. Last night, the results showed just how wrong J. Ann Selzer was. Other polls said the race was too close to call. However, Trump won by more than four and a half million votes. "CBS Mornings" co-host Tony Dokoupil says a big chunk of Americans are secret Trump voters. Inside Edition's Alison Hall has more.
