You can only appreciate this skin if you have all in-game settings in high, if it's in low settings it will look very plain and underwhelming

This skin is so outdated honestly, they need to update it and make the effects look more stormy, cloudy and riany because it is a "forecast" skin. And her animation movements in her reworked ult, they can make her move around hilariously like how she used to but also being able to move around the battle, after all this legendary skin ult model animations is what made this skin one of the best, but they took it away from her, and that is sad and again a big disappoinment.

They should make a vfx rework for this. It's such a beautiful legendary skin, and it's sad to see it's going to waste...
