wow. that was amazing. just felt like a celebration after a great playoff run and an offseason that went above and beyond any of our wildest expectations. the logo looked great, the new uniforms looked great, the stadium looked great, the crowd looked great, and most importantly, the team looked great. obviously a long, long way to go, but it's a good day to be a snake fan.

Any youth player at any level should watch how the D-Backs hit, they are such textbook hitters man 1-9. No weak points in their lineup. Nobody is swinging out of their shoes, everything is nice and easy, the base hits and the runs just pile up so quickly that way. Whoever their hitting coach is needs a raise ASAP.
