Your string hasn't twisted your loop has just worked around. Grab the top not and hold it tight then turn the bottom knot around where ya want it then do the same with the bottom knot. If that doesn't work just cut it off and tie another loop on there. It's pretty easy to do.

Just a bit on the adjustments. The adjustment on the cam is for draw length and the limb bolts will adjust poundage.

Did you get your draw weight and length adjustments the wrong way? The length is on the cams. The poundage is on the riser/arms....
