Now he's saying the guy accused him of beating his wife and kids, but a couple months ago he said the lawsuit was over the guy saying Shaub was doing cocaine and cheating on his wife. The funny thing is that he didn't file a defamation lawsuit, he filed a copyright infringement suit for playing clips of his show. I think he already lost the lawsuit.
