* The leader of the Wagner private mercenary group, Yevgeny Prigozhin has reportedly agreed to stop the movement of his troops who are advancing on the Russian capital Moscow. The agreement came after Belarusian leader, Alexander Lukashenko held talks with Prigozhin.

* ANC Secretary General, Fikile Mbalula has urged ANC delegates 9th Provincial Conference in Cape Town to unite in order to build a stronger party.
