Probably a superdaft question.. but if chart data is delayed by 15mins on 1 platform, why not open another platform with Live data and 'see the future' ??

I bought real time data in trading view, however somehow the data is still different when I am logged in with for instance interacitve brokers. Somehow the ask and bid prices vary a few cents from the actual "real time" data. Can someone explain why that is? Thanks already!!! : )
