Two notes about this advice: this tips works if the paint underneath is dry and the paint on top is fresh. Once acrylic dries, it loses its water based properties.

The blur of the background lights is so realistic!

That's actually a really cool tip I did not know that I painted with acrylics before and I use the baby wipe and found out that works pretty good too got to be careful but it works pretty well
