EXE doesn't need a buff. His buff that makes him 20 sprint speed and trap kills is enough. It's kinda tedious to level him up but strategic plays like double trapping and good placements make him a hard, but rewarding monster to use. He gets around a 4+ stud speed boost when someone steps in a trap for a short duration too.
