A pair of ATLAS elevators, modded by Atlas Schindler, in an office building in downtown, installed in the mid-1970s and modded around the early 2000s.
Featuring an epic motor heard from near the machine room on the top floor, and working chimes!

This modernization contemplated almost everything, from motors and controls to the general aesthetics. The doors and their operators appear to have been one of the few original parts left, still sound like classic of Atlas.
Cab interiors have been fully redone, with one of Atlas Schindler's available designs at the time, used in low to mid-end models and modernizations. Mod fixtures are BS Sense Oval, a more simple line that was also widely used in mods and lower cost installs. This is a variant from regular BS Sense that instead of using round 2nd generation Classe A capacitve buttons, uses these weird oval-shaped buttons mounted in a diagonal pattern, with an engraved braille to the left of each. These play the directional chimes, the same one used in the Excell. Surprised me, I thought they would be turned off like in most places I find, but turns out that only on the ground floor they're are silenced.
I've never seen that door sill design on any other of Atlas's installs. There's space for a logo there, but it's totally different from how Atlas had it (just the name directly engraved). Would like to know how it looked originally.

That large square panel in which the hall indicators are mounted is an adaptation they've done when modding. These almost always had vertical lanterns, and these new indicators can only be mounted horizontally - so they just expanded the cut to cover the old vertical hole and fit the new horizontal lantern. Weird solution that I haven't seen in other similar mods, but it works.
Both have a small glitch in the indicator: when going up, they display the directional arrow and the animation of the floor numbers scrolling by, but going down, no arrow and no animation, just going blank when the effect should be shown, similar to relay-controlled systems with no memory. It likely has to do with programming. Interesting is that I've seen another Atlas elevator not far from this location, modded with these fixtures and also has the exact same behavior on it's indicator. Maybe programmed by the same technician? Who knows.

Conservation is decent, both are looking fine on the inside, doesn't even appear like they were installed in over 40 years ago. But some of the walls have small dents and impact marks (mainly below the mirror), and the door sills and bumpers are looking a little dirty. Beyond that, in good condition. Fixtures are in good shape.

Performance is good, didn't notice anything wrong while riding them. Ride quality is very good, as you'd expect from VF-driven motors, as the mod also replaced the old Atlas machinery for modern ones, similar to those used in the Excell. Smooth at full speed and while stopping, they run like modern elevators.
The loud fan might've drowned the sound out, but I got it from outside on the top floor, and they sound pretty epic for VFs.
They make the usual running noises, but that's to be expected here. None of them sound like anything wrong going on.
Maintenance is pretty good too.
