Показать описание
A data persistence platform (DPp) is a framework that enables interoperability between modern partners and underlying VMware infrastructure. This video is a walkthrough of how to deploy plug-ins, add tenants and check tenant health within a DPp built on top of a vSphere with Tanzu cluster. The point of a DPp is to allow applications to do all the data services themselves. For more information about DPp, check out VMware vSAN's primer about vSAN DPp.

Get up and running quickly with this introduction and demonstration, and tune in to part 2 of this series about DPp maintenance and troubleshooting failures.

so with "normal" vsan there's a concept of disk groups - does it also apply to vsan sna (since it "almost" the same as "regular" vsan)?
and what about vsan direct? there are no disk groups i assume, so are there mandatory cache disks, like with "normal" vsan (1 cache per disk group) .
