As someone who isn't ADHD but is simply just absent minded and in a state of constant zoned out/kinda just slow, this is great at keeping my attention

As someone who does have ADHD I appreciate videos like this. I love ASMR but sometimes I find it understimulating because the ASMRtist will take too long on the triggers and I get bored and move to a new video. I never felt that this once. Thank you so much for this!

as someone with adhd and autism i usually watch slow asmr vids because most fast ones ive seen are too aggressive and kinda make uncomfortable but this actually made me relax and focus without overwhelming and youre really sweet. thank you very much 🩷

The muting and unmuting part was so creative and insanely relaxing. I've seen many talented asmrtist but i have never seen any do that!

The thing that i really don't like, is that every ASMR video for ADHD is soft spoken and not whispered. I prefer whispers and since i have ADHD it makes me sad that I can't find any that are whispered. So I really appreciate this!!

I dont have ADHD but it helps me a lot with calming down from panic attacks. Those videos always catch my attention unlike normal asmr videos

As a person with really bad ADHD even medicated I still struggle to stay focused and break my tendency to constantly want to think or do something, , I most definitely rely on ASMR for background noise or to calm my tendencies enough for me to focus on the task I'm doing and videos like this really help. So thank you !

i am not diagnosed with adhd but i do have a very short attention span, and this made me really happy bc most asmrtists take wayyy too long on each trigger but you got the timing perfect!

Idk why exactly, but this is one of my favorite ASMR videos ever. The pacing is perfect.

You are one of the few asmrtists that actually understand how to make an adhd trigger video!

I’ve had to pause this to write a comment, it’s so good I don’t want to miss a second!

This is the first video I’ve seen of yours and as some one who has ADHD I can say this definitely kept my attention!
Best asmr video I have seen for a LONG time. Thank you so much and I hope you’re feeling better!! 💖

I love the tone of this, can actually hear you talk/the triggers and not need to put my volume at full

Super tingly video. Love the chaotic and random approach with your rambles as well!

Intrusive thoughts always suck and mine aren't good, they always leave me wanting to pull my hair out when I try to sleep in silence. This helped a lot even though I don't have ADHD (hopefully not and might be farfetched, aside from not having been tested)
