Sulfates in shampoo doesn’t mean it’s bad some of the best shampoo brands have it, also natural shampoos don’t really work well

I have fine-ish hair and shampoo only makes things worse for me I’m using an ok shampoo but I only use it 2 times a week and that works well for me
