I have Functional Neurological Disorder, which presents various manifestations of movement disorders. This is one of them when I am under a lot of stress.

This is starting to happen to me again due to major stress. Not super negative stress per se, but a lot of changes in life and new social circumstances. I am getting botox to help it. It usually helps a lot. Not the blinking though. I think insurance might eventually pay for it.

But I get the moderate to severe mouth/face movements like him and the moderate to severe blinking, sometimes simultaneously in high stress. Then it gets worse because I know people are looking at me. Drives me nuts, but at this point I am wanting to raise awareness anyway, so I just explain it to help people and educate them.
