CopperSound/ Jack White Collaboration - Third Man Triplegraph
Показать описание
In 2016, CopperSound pedals sent Jack White a custom Telegraph Stutter Killswitch pedal, inspired by the old Morse code telegraph key. Within the hour of receiving the pedal, Jack had mocked up an idea to expand on the stutter-- combining it with his favorite polyphonic octave effects.
The Triplegraph project was a true labor of love spanning 4 years of hard work by CopperSound and Jack White, who ended up road testing the pedal and using it in the studio with the Raconteurs. The result is a clean octave up and down with zero-latency and spotless tracking, thanks to a powerful Blackfin DSP. Three stainless steel and aluminum telegraph keys were custom designed to withstand endless abuse from your feet or hands and the “Loctave” toggle switches give the two octaves independent momentary or latching operation. Octave down is on the left, octave up on the right and the center has two selectable modes: Kill mode removes the dry signal momentarily which allows stuttering effects but also reveals 100% octave signals when either are engaged.
The Auxiliary mode engages the send/return jacks where you can place your favorite effects and blast them in and out in parallel with the octave signals. This can be anything from a simple boost to a combination such as fuzz or modulation to make a more dramatic effect.
Gear Used:
Amp: Hamstead Artist 60
Guitars: Gibson Custom CME Les Paul, PureSalem Mendiola, Gray Guitars Grayling
Other Pedals: Third Man Plasma Coil, Shnobel Tone Daily Driver, Dawner Prince Pulse, Hamstead Signature Tremolo, ThorpyFX Camoflange
Recording Gear: Universal Audio Apollo 8 QUAD, UA OX Amp Top Box, Royer R-121
