As a singaporean muslim, I treasure and love our multi-religious and multi-racial communities. I am afraid of people are getting influenced by extremist whether they'd be muslim, christian or any other religion or sect. I've done my best to study, at least learn the basic, of other religions, sects, languages, culture etc.

I am Indonesian, and I absolutely agree with singapore. And I really wish Indonesian government can be more firm toward this issue. Unfortunately in Indonesia, identity politic still has a big impact on political issue, including race and religion. And since muslim is majority here, many muslim politician used this issue to win people and to counter their political opponent. That's why preacher like somad multiply in Indonesia.
Somad has made so many controversial statement during his preach and made religious atmosphere in Indonesia become uncomfortable because he has alot of followers here. He often said negative and hate comments about other religions and its adherents. So its good if Singapore and many other country denied somad to enter their country. 👍

As a Indonesian, i am really appreciate what Singapore did. I hope Indonesian goverment can do the same, the preacher like him or anybody that teach wrong religion or not beside the real religion must be isolate and throw out from our country. Please help Singapore, to spread this news around the world. So that the whole world knows the reality of Indonesia, there have been many cases of intolerance which have been spread by religious leaders. Abdul Somad is only one of thousands of Indonesian religious leaders who always spread hatred. Hopefully with this, the Indonesian government can take firm action against them. Thank you Singapore.

As an Indonesian, I am grateful for the Singapore government's decision. Abdul Somad is a provocateur who only creates problems here in Indonesia. Indonesia needs to learn a lot from religious & racial harmony in Singapore
