Sorry, but that is not what was said at all. The video described how the Blue hat allows you to think about what is happening during an exercise. E.G. if someone is being overly negative (i.e. Black Hat) then the facilitator could encourage them to use the Yellow Hat to balance the negative

The blue hat is not clear in this example. Your only comment is to put on the blue hat to balance with the yellow. Not great in logic.
