But if the two mesons occupy the same space, and are each composed of two fermions, aren't those four fermions now also occupying the same space? Wouldn't this violate the Fermi-Dirac Statistics?

Man, your ability to explain and simplify the complicated is nothing short of phenomenal. I have a rather puny IQ of 120 or so. I'm fascinated by physics, but I can't understand all those complicated equations because I haven't been taught how to do them. Do you believe, given my limited cognitive aptitude, that I possess the inherent intelligence to comprehend physics? Also, on a rather personal note, do you know what your own IQ is? It must be stupendous indeed. Thanks again for your demonstrations- they are awesome!!!

Any particle that exist must occupy space and have mass because we some how realize they exist if we do not live inside a computer. However they are very strange so we can not simply yet meausure their true properties. Which brings a bigger question, the Holographic Universe theory itself...

Bosons carry the Higgs field & the interactive forces / fields of physics. The Higgs field gives mass to the universe, without the Higgs field the fermions that make matter & our physical universe could not exist. The four other interactive fields of physics are the gravitational, electromagnetic, the strong and weak nuclear fields.
