If these villains were to be real, no one would nuke anyone. A nuclear bomb's range is extremely wide, and illnesses and cancers increase everyone around that place, it would be destroying ourselves. Countries do threaten each other with nukes but you must be crazy to actually use them, I know they were used before and I think everybody learned what kind of a hellmade ridiculous weapon that is. (Or do i have too much hope in humanity?) Also, many of these villain wouldn't die by modern weapons I feel like, demons don't die unless they are exposed to sunlight or their necks are cut by specific metals, being turned to dust or crushed wouldn't kill them I think. I also agree with this video.

Pokemon are lowkey underrated asf, like they ain no espada, but tell me one thing humans have that can stop wobbufet. Team rocket got a history of Ls but most of em was handed out by ash, literally the best trainer.

Out of this list, I do know that the Espada are the best at taking over the world. Most members are shown to be faster than a missile and can outrun a nuke blast radius in seconds, some of them don’t even have to move an inch because it won’t even affect them.
