I love the fact the Dev is trying to sign for the deaf boy. It looks like he might not be 100% fluent but he's doing great.

Wow what an amazing video! Really cool to see such a diverse group of students actually go from zero concept of lock picking to getting 4 pins open! And the adults getting involved was cool too!

It looks like they are having a great time figuring this out. A tactile way to learn something most people never have a chance to see working.

This is awesome. I love seeing people discover something new. That spark of realization on their face that _they_ can understand something that they maybe thought was too hard and then realizing that it's very approachable with the right teaching method.

Wow, I wish I had something like this when I was a kid I was born legally blind I am 50 years old now and started my luck pick journey back in the end of 2016 in the beginning of 2017 and I've been picking on and off ever since So I could see a little bit the old Bosnian Bill videos were the things that got me picking but something like this would've been awesome back in the day. I'm glad it's around now that future generations can learn.

Wow! It's really heart-warming and, as usual, educative. Appreciate you guys.
Btw.

Brian, for you, I've been watching recent FOOL US show. Just intrigued if you've any sparky idea to pull off in front of P&T.

All the luck for whatever you guys do.

The thing I liked was the talk about the students teaching each other with their learning of how to and giving feedback. Teachers sometimes get ahead of the curve and confuse students by rushing. Let the lesson evolve into teaching from the students perspective because knowing is not learning and we sometimes take away the learning how to learn and try to jump to the end when the whole point is to learn how to learn and think instead of knowing and repeating. Watching a baby learn to close their hand and realize how to manipulate it is awesome but we try to jump ahead to them running is sad. Let the kids learn how to learn and they will open up a new world for all

This is fantastic, accessibility for all and this is great example of “thinking outside of the box”.

Lockpicking is a very tactile thing. Not being able to see is not a disadvantage when doing it. The hard part is to teach how locks work when you can't use images but it was done brilliantly here.

i would argue that blind people are specially adept at lock picking. kinda going with Devs concept of "you dont need your eyes to lockpick because u arent looking inside", when one sense is taken away, other senses can hightened. take Richard Turner for example. when you cant see, you may be more sensitive to the tactile feel of the insides of locks

I watched Jeremiah and Dev's zoom interaction.
It was inspiring.
