Painting WAVES and SURF - Coastal Cliffs / Brushes and Palette knife / Tonal Values, Colour and Form

Today I'm painting a seascape and the subject will be ocean and cliffs that recede into the distance, using atmospheric and aerial perspective!
Materials: Oil paint, stretched canvas, brushes and knives.

Beautiful scenery. I never set out to see this when I lived in S.A.
Doing this in a studio from photos rather than on site getting blown away by the wind is obviously the best way to go.

Hello Richard. Super beautiful seascape both on your canvas and in your video. The colors are incredible and i find that the foam of the waves which throws itself on the rocks, in the foreground, is magnificently successful.
