Replaced T-12 bulbs with led plug and play. So far worked with existing ballast. Did not do any rewiring. Am very happy with product.

Needs a compatible ballast, accidently bought them for an already converted fixture and found out it needed one.

Just ordered in bulk. Beautiful light, almost exactly like the fluorescents they replaced. Extremely extremely fragile though.

I haven’t hooked these Phillips universalfit leds bulbs up yet. But if I do not need to rewrite and cut out the ballast, I will be totally amazed. I was prepared to hv to cut wiring, remove ballast, reinstall all the covers, etc, but to just R&R a Floursent tube and install a led tube flick on the light, boom instant bright white lights I will be sho led off my ass. These bulbs are freaking amazing.

Installed these to replace Philips F40CW T12s and they were extremely dim, almost unnoticeably on next to the bulb they were replacing. Tried multiple tubes, same result. Not sure what the issue is.

Does not works with every ballast be aware and wont turn on if you connect it directly like others led to one side only

Stay away from Philips universal fit LED replacement tubes they ONLY work on specified ballasts, which cannot be identified without taking the whole fixture apart. They lit up for 20 seconds and then went OUT. Waste of time and money.
