Is this a parody? I really hope so.
The commentator show such a grand lack of basic knowledge that it cannot be real.
The main point: Using electricity to split water to then use as fuel in a traditional (inefficient) piston engine, is a waste of energy. If you have electricity in the car, just build an EV. To achieve the same range as an EV using this silly contraption would need batteries multiple the size needed by EVs. And with the battery size being the limitation for range on EVs, this whole thing is beyond silly.
