I wish I grew up in Hawaii. I think. I know it would have been a life of getting pounded both by the waves and locals of you know what I mean! Have any of you wondered why you had a bad opinion of certain people only to find out that you didn't really know them at all?? I really liked this interview and my condolences to the Ho family!

Not entirely clear how an otherwise healthy 55 years old sporstman can die suddendly of a heart attack while catching bombs at pipeline only a couple of months before...
Nevertheless his style and grace at the most feared wave in the world will always be remembered...

Went to kailua high school together back in the 80's, and Derrick and Michael Ho was incredibly talented then in the surfing scene... R.I.P Brother!!! 🙏🏄‍♂️
