Keep in mind that this is Year 1 and Lincoln Riley has the Trojans competing for the Playoffs. Yes he brought Caleb Williams, Jordan Addison, and a multitude of talented guys with him. But taking over a roster that was 4-8 a year prior and meshing that roster with 19+ transfers is extremely challenging. To do it in just one off season is remarkable and recruits are going to take notice. Much Respect to the entire USC football team.

Caleb Williams is special. His talent on the field is rare, but his leadership is what separates him from the pack. He has so much confidence in himself and his teammates, so when your Quarterback shows that to his team, they believe in themselves even more. I’m so happy for USC man. The Trojans have been good in spurts throughout the past decade, but haven’t been able to put it together consistently. Lincoln Riley and Caleb Williams have been the missing pieces that USC has needed.

Notre Dame fan here. Expected to win the battle in the trenches and USC was more physical at the point of attack, dominating the rushing battle. Sprinkle in Caleb Williams’ elusiveness in the pocket and we were at the mercy of Lincoln Riley having his way all night long. Respect to USC. Hate losing to you but you guys deserved this win.

As a life long Notre Dame fan (through the ups and downs) you can't take anything away from USC and how far they have come.
Despite our rocky rebuild and our starting quarterback fiasco after the second game...we made a lot of errors... Incomplete tackles... coverage and open receivers...and in the end the better team won.
As long as you guys stay hungry and show respect where it's due.... You'll always get it from other teams fan's like me and others who have seen the struggle and felt the highs of ppl saying "if you beat this team or if you beat that team then you can call yourself legit"
We have beat teams like Clemson and other though teams and then barely won against other teams we should have shut out.
USC looks good and you deserve to ride this high... I know I'm cheering for you guys.
