Easy fix. She's got hot roots and botched spots. Bleach the spots and start at the ends first. Don't bleach the roots again. Toner. Toner is the secret.

Honestly, very fixable. Go back in and even it out with a bleach bath then tone it, or fill it back with red or orange and dye it back brown

I bleached my own hair once. I wasn't as blond (platinum) as i wanted but the color was uniform... I hypothesize she failed to follow the instructions.
