See how to make this Nerds cheesecake. This cheesecake recipe is absolutely delicious. Adding candy to cheesecake really makes it taste amazing. This is one of the best no bake cheesecakes I have made.

At first I thought this would be a dessert recipe that only kids would enjoy but I was wrong. I loved this and so did a few other adults who I shared it with. The crunch of the Nerds candy throughout the cheesecake really added a wonderful texture.

Ingredients:
- 8 graham crackers
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packs of Nerds, for filling
- 2 packs of Nerds for decorating

I have a quick and simple treat for you to make and show people ...

once upon a time, a christmas decades ago I walked in to a store and found something on the shelf I thought was a bit odd, but I loved both the products separate, so thought it would be interesting together; and haven't seen it on shelves since;

White chocolate with nerds infused inside. Basically, melt some white chocolate, mix in some nerds, cool and enjoy. The creamy high fat white chocolate and the crunchy sugar crystally sweet nerds go surprisingly well together. Pick your favorite flavor(s) or go for a rainbow box, or both!

The thumbnail reminded me of this treat I've made for myself a few times since that once in a lifetime find a quarter century or so ago. It might be even a great home made halloween treat to hand out in your neighborhood to stand out above the rest of the houses with ordinary candy! And rightfully so, it is pretty indulgent and shouldn't be had more often than special holidays lest you want for diabetes tests and dentist visits!!! :p
