The UBS is the workd biggest private own bank with 2 HQTR locations in Zürich and in Basel. The rumor said the UBS is not that healthy either. The EU economy is fading each day until its last chapters. It just follows the American troubles to the angel fall.

UBS is also a poorly managed company based on the balance sheet and cash flow. Just horrible. I won't be surprised with them going under someday as well.
