At Olive Garden, our soup and sauce masters craft their dishes by hand and from scratch. Check out their stories here. Because they know cooking that way – the Italian way- everything tastes better. It’s that simple. And in this video, they’ll tell their stories first hand, and how they add pride and passion to everything they make.

I took my family to Olive Garden on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach tonight. The pasta e fagioli soup was the best part of my meal. I ate 3 bowls and got a box for half my Chicken Parmesan. It was so good tonight and the soup hit the spot after we had been at the beach playing in the cold ocean. Next time, that's all I'm getting. Soup, salad, bread sticks.

Soup does not come from the line. They make it in the back, put it in a bag, and then cool it in the freezer. When they run out of bags in the freezer they pull another one to dump into a heater for the servers to pull and dump to be heated.

Olive Garden lying yet again lmfao
