Seb: Deadlift training, now halfway through strength training cycle now. Not as much speed as I wanted there to be today, but I will fix that. Deadlifted 220kgx2, 170kgx5 deficits and 140kgx8 stiff legged deficits on a 3" deficit all beltless (not shown in video 150kgx5 deficits and 125kgx5 stiff legged deficits and 225kgx1 conventional).
