I have both Carli Bybel palettes & they are still phenomenal. I did a huge declutter recently & they made the cut again. My recent rediscovered favorites are Cover Girl The Super Sizer Big Curl Waterproof Mascara (so good at holding curl & never budging), MAC Eyeshadow x15 in Cool Neutral (easy to work with & no fallout, but no longer available) & Revlon HD Gel Lipsticks. These skinny tubes are comfortable, pigmented & basically perfect.

My all-time favorite eyeshadow palette is Sleek V2 Mattes Palette - Dark. The pigment is good in almost all shades. It's easy to use and it stays put all day. There isn't a fallout, if I remember correctly. Plus it's a balanced combination of warm and cool tones.

I went to Sephora today and repurchased the Naked 3 palette. Naked 3 was the first palette I ever brought when I first started to learn how to apply eyeshadow well thanks to tutorials like yours ❤. I am so looking forward to using these beautiful colors again.

It’s always so fun to revisit the oldies but goodies! BTW, my son got married in Lakeland in April, and it wasn’t humid but it was really warm. Estée Lauder Double Wear didn’t let me down.

I never hear anyone talk about this foundation and it is WONDERFUL! Even through out the years I never heard it talked about that much, hardly ever. But it is one of my favorite foundations of all time and I still love it as much as I did years ago! I discovered it because EVERYONE raved about Estee Lauder double wear, and I can wear it now and love it, but back in the day I tried it and it broke me out so so bad! It stayed and I loved it but i had acne prone, very sensitive skin and it broke me out. So someone recommended the Lancome to me and I FELL IN LOVE!!!! it was even prettier, even better, just as long lasting for my oily skin, and it didnt break me out. I still to this day repurchase that foundation and love love love it! The rimmel eyeliner, you didnt use it but you mentioned it, and that is one of the BEST eye liners ever! I can not, and will not pay high end prices for brow products, eyeliner, mascara, or lip products, there is so many wonderful drugstore products, I just cant. I basically only buy high end eyeshadow (even though there is so many good inexpensive eyeshadow palettes, I love getting high end palettes) and foundation, and powder (really good inexpensive powders now anyway enough of my rambling, sorry for the long comment (I always leave long ones and ramble, sorry for that) but my husband is out of town for work, my son is asleep, I've a couple or maybe few glasses of wine and I ramble even more. anyway lots of love to you and your beautiful family!!! Love Lancôme definicils mascaras, I think they have the best brown one out there ! I need to try more of their products. I’ve been wearing their lash idole mascara too, it’s so good !

I love the Carli Bybel delux palette. When you pulled it out in the video I went looking for mine. I had a bit of a panic attack because I couldn't find it at first. I was hidden behind a larger palette.
One old favorite is the urban decay smoked palette. Not the naked smoked but the one in soft packaging with the zipper.

The Lancome Teint Idole foundation is my favorite, it has gotten me through hot humid days, and long travel days too. It lasts through the humid hot stifling air that comes with riding the NYC trains during the Summer. Thanks for a trip down memory lane with all these products, the Tarte bronzer was the first one I ever got for myself until I discovered other types and brands.

I love Lancôme foundations!! One of the main reasons why is they make the perfect foundation shade for me, 090N. There aren’t many foundation ranges out there with a shade light enough and with the perfect tone for me personally. I also like that their shades are used for different foundations so it’s easy to try different formulas.

I totally guessed correctly on which eye palette you would use. I remember you loving this palette. I purchased it for my daughter who was just getting into makeup. She loved it. I wanted it but knew my then young teen wouldn’t want mom having the same palette.

I agree, Lancôme used to be my favorite foundation, and the only one I would buy. But there are so many newer, less expensive foundations now! It’s great! I love your tutorials showing new/newer drugstore makeup! I wish you would do less expensive makeup tools and toys, too!
