I picked up one of those long handle propane brush burners to knock the paint off my used tanks. You just have to have a respirator, because that crap is nasty. I just squirt it down with charcoal lighter fluid, let it set a minute or two, and then go to town on it. You said you were looking for new Ideas: Have you made any fire pits out of washing machine tubs? The perforated section is usually stainless, or porcelain coated though.

I made a barbecuer grill out of an old portable air tank 6 years ago. It works awesome .

I like the idea of the AIR COMPRESSOR FIRE PIT... COOL... Can u build a grill out of 1 of those air compressors with a pull handle & wheels & have a ash pan in the bottom too??

Nice to see the torch back out. It seems anyone can use plasma but I know how hard oxy/acet can be but you make it look easy. Nice work as always allen!!
