Just got mine today, the pole was jammed, had to force it, luckily it is working, if you get one and its stuck you just have to force it a little bit to unlock (CLOCKWISE) you will hear it click!

is it possible to remove the rosette seat? I want to have the flexibility of using my osmo accessories with my other devices.

It has taken me hours to figure out that there is a cap on the rosette that needs to be removed before you mount the extension handle. I have not seen one person, on the many YouTubes talk about that. YOu have to remove it, and no where in the instructions is that discussed either. Really wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration for me at least.

Hmm, 6 years since this video was published and unfortunately, DJi appear to have discontinued the above accessories, i've looked all over the net and i can't find one.
Shame, as it's just what i need, i don't really want to be holding the Osmo, when i'm trying to film me playing my keyboard, never mind.

0.38: "unlock the rod", in the case of my rod the unlock works in the complete opposite direction

why couldnt they just design a screw hole or a port for the rod to be attached to the bottom of the osmo handle?, thats just too bulky.

So if I use the extension rod I can't reach the buttons on the original grip anymore? Well, that's... kind of senseless :-/
