HDHomeRun PVR native addon

I am excited about this addon that zcsizmadia from the Kodi forum created. This gives Kodi a native HDHomeRun PVR addon. My HDHomeRun DVR is running on my 4 terabyte WD Mycloud NAS. The EPG is supplied by SiliconDust for their DVR backend. At this time, the PVR functions are limited, hoping the future improvements bring all the functions of a PVR.

In my opinion, THIS is exactly what SiliconDust should be looking for and not that new interface that people complain about. I understand you are using OTA instead of a SiliconDust Prime with a cable subscription, but when you have 400+ channels the way the HDHomeRun DVR's guide works will not work in the long run...the 'excel spreadsheet' guide is what people want and it looks like this might be the add-on that changes the game and allows Kodi to use its full potential versus being limited to the native SiliconDust Kodi app.

just curious is your android set top box client wired in to your network or connected to wi-fi?

Ronnie love the I whent ahead and got it works great.These is wha SD should be doing.I cant get it to work on my Nvidia shield tv.Can you point me to the android link if there is one. Thank you. Hey try the nvidia shield had it now for a month works great with other tv apps will be uploading vid soon

This video is just what I was looking for, is there anyway you can point me to the newest built version? the github download does not seem to want to build for me. Im new to kodi as a WMC user and I would greatly appreciate the help

I have enabled the HDHomerun PVR client, I can watch live TV and view the guide, but I can't figure out how to get the PVR (recording) feature to work. There is an option to click "record" but when I do that nothing happens. Is there somewhere I need to go to set up the recording preferences? I have searched but can't find anything.
