Her C2 doesn't INCREASE her CR and CD.
It grants a fixed and non-modifiable 20%CR and 100%CD to all bloom-based reactions of the team.
And shreds Dendro res for Quicken reactions.

that's not how her c2 works tho. it gives you a 20% cr and 100% cd on your bloom reactions, which basically buffs overall bloom damage by 20%

Depending on the banner formation, I think going all in for her C2 is better than pulling for weapon, yes it is kinda win-win with staff of Homa, but the problem is the 4*, the 4* characters are better than the 4* weapons

For those who are wondering how much dmg increase you will get from c2
So with her c2 bloom, hyper bloom, burning and burgeon can crit and the crit rate and crit dmg set to 20/100 for the those reactions

In simple words those reaction dmg will increase exact by 2x with nahida c2 if they crit

And she can decrease def of enemy when you do quicken, agrivate and spread.
And it's pretty huge deal but don't force to get it until you have maximum cherecter reaction based

As someone who's had c2 Nahida since her release. It's definitely worth it and one of the better c2 out there. Even if you can only get c1 now, you can get c2 later.

I think only reason to pull her right now for new player is that nahida comes with really good 4 star kits. C0 nahida is just fine.
