BlueStacks also uses vmmem alongside its app. BlueStacks' vmmem is actually the one which runs the Android. So in total WSA's vmmemWSA takes 2.1GBs while BlueStacks takes 2.2GB. While pure performance wise, WSA only taking 2.1GB for pure Android and BlueStacks takes 1.9GB for pure Android.

In the task manager only the ram used my bluestack app is shown and It hides the ram used by vm. So rather than 300Mb is used.

Bro, i wonder what you did in your PC to install windows 11 windows subsystem and Bluestacks in the same time? when i subscribe to windows 11 windows subsystem and i install apps, the Bluestacks dosnt work, it ask me to turn on virtualization, so when i turn it on, the windows 11 windows subsystem dosnt work anymore, but in your video, i see that you can use both in your pc, please tell me how? thanks

bruh this is totally wrong, apart from the fact that ram usage doesnt indicate performance, bluestacks is running only 1 app + 2 in the background, while w11 is running all 3 at the same time

VMMEM is the virutal space for BlueStacks, and vmmemWSA is for Subsystem for Android... so basically they both are consuming the same amount of ram. In bluestacks you can choose your desired ram consumption....

wsa already reserving its max ram allocated to it whenever you use it or not bluestack on the other hand didn't use until you open an app

BlueStacks is taking less ram because it's running only one app and close the background apps while subsystem is running them at a time still 4gb is bit high
