This may be a silly question but are the themes only visible to you on server or does the rest of your server community see the changed theme as well?

Quick question, i used to use better discord a few years back and uninstalled it because every time discord had an update i had to reinstall all my plugins and themes (when discord nitro came around). Has this issue been fixed or is it still the same?
