Hi Coco, Thank you for contacting us. Between week 6 and 10 when babies are embryos the measurements are very accurate, more accurate than menstrual dates. But very quickly there after our measurements are not accurate but estimated really because of the genetics of the parents. All parents are different sizes and so then are their babies...tbc see below..

15 weeks with baby #6 me and the husband are excited we will have another girl for our 4 year old daughter daughter whom Have 4 older brothers..

Hi Donnye, Ultrasounds conducted at weeks 18 or later are the most accurate at predicting the sex of your baby. Good luck and let us know if it's a boy or a girl :)

...The further into the pregnancy the less accurate. For example from 12 to 20 weeks measurements have a range of error of 7 days +/-, from 20 to 30 a range of error of +/- 2 weeks etc. As long as baby's measurements fall into our range of error and relatively uniform we are happy. It tells us baby is growing nicely.
