Love the consistency of these Guitar of the Day videos. Mark really knows his stuff and the occasional Jen laugh is just a bonus!

I'm only going to be 71, your playing is awesome. Great guitars, great store. I still have my 67 Fender Twin Reverb Blackface, and my 1966 guild guitar. 1960 Princeton and more. If your looking for TONE Norman's Rare Guitar will have it. AWESOME.

Hey, the 65s with Bigsbys were actually 64s w the upfitting. Also Canadian cases were the 1st with the gray and blue. My friend sold Clapton his 64 ES 335 at "Selmers Music" in the UK. Very exciting story he told me....

Bought one of these new back in '64 for £168. ES335TDC, same spec, same colour. Wish I still had it! TDC meant Thin Double Cutaway. Wonderful guitar. Can't afford another one!

I need a '64 stoptail cherry red ES 335 and a '64 cherry red SG Standard to get the Clapton Crossroads Cream tone.

This ES and the LP Jr. are probably the best sounding guitars I've ever hear you demo....I really like that upstroke on Born Under A Bad Sign by the way....nice touch....and yes, I am stealing that now.

I own this guitar. It's heavenly. I do have a bigsby and it's lovely. I do have the original stop tail bridge. I have the original case and bill of sale. 437 bucks 1964.

I have been the lucky owner of a 1962 335TDC since 1966. Out of all my guitars this is my favourite. Its also the loudest guitar I have ever played. The neck action is to quote a bass player friend of mine "like playing elastic bands". If you want a great guitar then go find yourself an old 335.
