I first got a good look at a truck in 1969, when I started my apprenticeship. I worked for a Freightliner dealer but my favourite truck was a used Peterbilt that had been traded in. It had a wide aluminum strip down the center of the hood and two screws would unlock the dash to fold it open for service. Later in life I owned a Mack which I drove for seven years and learned there was more to trucking than what you learn just working as a mechanic. This truck is nice but I could build a better design in the same space by turning the bunk 90 degrees and have a door straight out the back so you could snap on your air and electric lines without scrambling over the fuel tank. I am open to discuss these ideas with truck manufacturers.

that kenworth t680 is the one i drive in American truck simulator but my color is dark red metallic and i have a 455 hp Paccar MX 13 engine

Like the chrome mirror covers vs the painted ones. As far as the MX13 goes, I love the engine. try lugging a Cat motor at a low rpm like you can do with this motor. If I had to choose I think I'd pick the MX 13 it suits my driving style.

Is the T680 wider inside than the T600? I know the T600 is narrow inside as I always bump into the passenger seat while riding in one at school when going to the drivers area. I just graduated yesterday and now I have to wait to take the state exam and after I pass I dont know who I will be driving for or what I will be driving. But hopefully I will have a wider cab for the truck I get hired in.

Wow! Semis have gone automatic shifters now!!! Cool Now I wouldnt have to worry about shifting gears! I can just drive the truck!

On top of the heating blower motor behind the glove box you have a sponge filter. It is soo hard to replace it with a clean one. after 4 months your incab air goes through 2mm of black sticky dirt residue.. that's when you choose not to let outdoor air in and want air from the inside of the cab to be circulated. in a 4 yr old truck you will have 1/2inch of black sticky dirt on that sponge filter.
