Help! How do I manage shipping costs when I have a single listing for multiple products (like a bumper sticker and a yard sign) that use different print-on-demand providers and have different shipping fees?

For example, if the bumper sticker ships for $4.99 and the yard sign ships for $13.99, how can I make sure the customer is charged the correct shipping fee based on the product they select?

You can have up to 70 variations. Any clue how to do more in just one listing?
