I read a newspaper article about an honor killing case that happened in Dallas Texas. The man who killed his two daughters in an act of honor killing was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. His brother was sentenced to twelve years in prison and his son was sentenced to ten years in prison.

The honor killing in the first story is really sad and terrifying. There is a Marathi (one of the languages spoken in India in the state of Maharashtra) movie called Sairat. It has the same plot of love story about how a lower class man falls in love with an upper class woman. However, the woman’s family disapproves of her falling in love with a lower class man. Eventually, both the man and the woman decide that they will elope and leave the village they stay in altogether and move to a new place. Then they ended up having a kid. In the end however, the woman’s father’s people knew where they live and came to that place. The man and the woman died. What makes the ending worse is that their kid sees his parents dead, not knowing what he is seeing since he is very little.

Honor ki11ing is an oxymoron. There is no honor in taking someone's life other then committing the most vile thing.
As for the last story wherever that boyfriend is hope he gets caught soon. Nothing is terrifying than a ki11er on loose.
