⁉ In what order should I learn the cases?
The video is roughly structured from easy to more difficult, so you can definitely go in order of the video.
However after learning Cross cases + T cases, you could first learn these really easy cases:
6:55 F (inverse sexy) F’
8:16 C shape, easy alg
9:20 Just Hedge + Insert
10:47 Sune but inserting pair with sledge
11:31 F (Double sexy) F’
13:33 f (double sexy) f’

⁉Why did you choose these algorithms?
Most of these are just the standard alg, and known to be the best and/or most reliable alg. For some cases, where there were more great options, I looked at what the best of the world would most often use and decide what alg would be most reliable, since a potentially faster alg doesn’t mean that it is better on average.

⁉ Are these the BEST finger tricks?

⁉ For [x] OLL you can save a regrip or overworking by doing [this] !!
Sure, do that if that works for you :) I’ve tried a lot of different algs and executions, I ended up choosing a balance of what’s fast and most reliable.

Great timing! Recently dusted off my old set of V-Cubes and random Rubik's collection and quickly discovered how much cubing has advanced in the last decade. After a couple of slightly excessive orders from The Cubicle, I've got a nice little set of GAN and MoYu cubes that put all of my old cubes to shame. The GAN 12 ui combined with Cubeast is an especially mind-blowing experience, but even the base version of the MoYu RS3 M V5 that was thrown in as a freebie is really nice to practice with.

Over about a month and a half, I've managed to get my times from a few minutes using the old layer-by-layer approach I learned as a wee lad, to just under a minute consistently thanks to your and J-Perm's tutorials. I got a lucky scramble with multiple skips that got me a 38 second personal best, but I'm still trying to nail down 2-Look OLL/PLL to get to sub-30. Once I'm ready to move on to the next stage of cube enlightenment and learn full OLL and PLL, I will definitely be revisiting this video often.

I initially learned OLL with your PDF "How to learn OLL in One Month". This is a really good alg selection with some nice "updates", like Jay's fancy alg for the sh*tty C-shape and a few for alternative angles from my main alg. And yes, I did get used to the fingertricks.... most of the time.
